Registration Open: September 1st, 2026, Closed on October, 31st, 2026

Showcase: Approximately 2:00 PM–5:00 PM | Performers arrive by 1:30 PM

This is a free, inclusive, family-friendly showcase welcoming children and youth with and without special needs. All are welcome, individual performers, groups, dance schools, music schools, martial arts schools, choirs, school teams, special education programs, and community organizations. This is not a competition. Performances are generally 3–5 minutes.

I acknowledge that participation in performances and event activities may involve ordinary risks. To the extent permitted by law, I agree to release and hold harmless the Exchange Club of San Gabriel Valley, its organizers, volunteers, partners, and event venue from claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

I understand that photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken during the event. I authorize the Exchange Club of San Gabriel Valley to photograph and/or record the participant and to use such images or recordings for nonprofit event documentation, community outreach, educational purposes, website, social media, and future event promotion without compensation.
